My art is important to me, to my health and well being as well as having become my way of life. It helped me to balance my life to have stared into the abyss and instead of being swallowed, to come back and create and share. From chronic pain to the loss of a love one, art has been there to help me express what I felt, perceived or wanted. It has been a catalyst for finding myself.
But it is also very precious thing to me - having had periods of not being able to use my hands at all and having lost all confidence in my work at points.
It is such a pleasure and a life saver and something that enriches both mine and my families lives.
